Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging, if applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Return Process

To request a return or exchange, email darwaishnyc@gmail.com with your order details. If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds
